Why it pays for itself

One recovery client can return your investment many times over.

Postpartum families invest in real support. A single 30-day recovery cooking program is a premium offer — and as a certified chef you can run it again and again, for every client you serve.

This is the differentiator that sets your practice apart in a crowded birth-work market: you don't just support the birth, you feed the recovery.

The method, through a trainer's eyes

"It is amazing looking back on the 30 days and seeing how happy and healthy I felt by just the nutrition alone. My biggest fear was my mental health — my first postpartum was kind of a nightmare. This time, preparing for what was to come was a huge benefit for me and my family. I truly believe the sitting month and the food helped me tremendously."
